Chef Wendy Escobedo began her career in Asbury Park, NJ with a focus on farm to table cuisine and local farm sustainability. She currently serves as the Executive Chef at Jon Bon Jovi’s Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, NJ, where the mission is to empower in-need individuals while providing them with a dignified meal in exchange for their volunteer time. We allow our paying customers to have a positive impact for change in their community by paying it forward. Our Pay it Forward program helps support the sustainability of our mission.
