We have a dope camo creation this time around with Sammy Monsour! 20% of the proceeds from the sales of this apron will go to Chefs Collaborative. Chefs Collaborative is a national nonprofit network with a mission to inspire, educate, and celebrate chefs and food professionals building a better food system.
Chef / co-owner of Preux & Proper and South City Fried Chicken in downtown Los Angles, Sammy Monsour has received acknowledgment and acclaim from Michelin, James Beard Foundation, Zagat, Eater, and American Culinary Federation. He is a third generation chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, with roots stemming from his parent’s neighborhood joint in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. You may recognize him from his appearances on Viceland’s The Untitled Action Bronson Show, Travel Channel’s Food Paradise and Food Network’s Guy’s Big Project (to name a few). Sammy’s advocacy toward sustainability has positioned him as Chefs Collaborative LA Locals Leader, JBF Impact Smart Catch Leader and member of Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Blue Ribbon Task Force.
